柔性夹钳因具有微/纳精密操作能力, 常应用于微操作系统中, 但因抓爪无法提供恒定输出力或恒力范围小, 容易造成操作对象的损伤或脱落。根据放大模块与常力模块串联的结构形式, 设计了一种具有常力特性的柔性夹钳。基于伪刚体法, 建立放大模块中桥式机构与杠杆机构的刚度和放大率数学模型, 通过对倾斜导向梁进行分析, 得到常力模块的力-位移关系式, 计算出恒定输出力为42.5 N, 输出范围为370 μm。最后, 结合不同柔顺梁的结构参数, 运用MATLAB仿真探究了各关键参数对常力特性的影响。研究结果可为常力柔性夹钳的构型设计和分析提供一定的理论支撑。  相似文献

In this work, we introduced a simple solution processing method to prepare yttrium (Y) doped hafnium oxide (HfO2) based dielectric films. The films had high densities, low surface roughness, maximum permittivity of about 32, leakage current < 1.0 × 10?7 A/cm2 at 2 MV/cm, and breakdown field >5.0 MV/cm. In addition to dielectric performance, we investigated the influence of YO1.5 fraction on the electronic structure between Y doped HfO2 thin films and silicon (Si) substrates. The valence band electronic structure, energy gap and conduction band structure changed linearly with YO1.5 fraction. Given this cost-effective deposition technique and excellent dielectric performance, solution-processed Y doped HfO2 based thin films have the potential for insulator applications.  相似文献

To simplify the immobilized process of nuclear waste, synthetic Gd2Zr2O7 ceramic was employed to immobilize simulated An3+ (Nd3+) by spark plasma sintering (SPS) without any ion occupation or valence design. Sintering and characterization of immobilized simulated An3+ with various doping amounts were carried out. The effects of Nd2O3 content on the phase composition, active modes, micro-graph and density of the sintered ceramics were investigated. When the Nd2O3 doped amount reached up to 50 mol%, the raw peak of Nd2O3 existed. The sintered ceramics kept a single fluorite phase when Nd2O3 solubility achieved to 40 mol%. The sintered ceramics presented a well crystalline phase and the elements distributed evenly. In addition, as the Nd2O3 doped amount increase, the density and Vickers hardness values of Nd2O3 doped sample decrease.  相似文献

Supersaturation of dissolved gases in natural water, due to spillage from high dams and other factors, may cause fish mortality. In previous experiments, the dissipation coefficient has been used to denote the degassing process of total dissolved gas(TDG) saturation. These experiments mainly analyzed supersaturated TDG dissipation from a macroscopic view. To precisely clarify the mechanism of supersaturated TDG release, this study investigated bubble adsorption at a wall surface from a microscopic view. The experiment was conducted in a Plexiglas-wall container filled with supersaturated TDG water. A model that calculates the adsorption flux of supersaturated TDG by a solid wall, and helps describe construction for a contact angle at a three-phase intersection, was developed according to Young's equation. This model was used to investigate the formation process of bubbles adsorbed on a solid polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) surface in supersaturated TDG water. The adsorption effect of a solid wall on TDG release was analyzed based on the experimental data. The modeling results were compared with observations under different wall area conditions, and it was found that TDG release tended to increase with wall area. This study helps improve our understanding of the mechanisms of supersaturated TDG release and provides an important theoretical method for accurate calculation of the release process. The adsorption flux model of the solid wall provides mitigation measures to combat the adverse effects of TDG supersaturation,which will be beneficial to the protection of aquatic organisms in hydropower-regulated rivers.  相似文献

Spin-coated chalcostibite CuSbS2 thin films (≈500 nm thick) were fabricated and the influence of the drying temperature on the structural, morphological, optical and thermoelectric properties of the films was investigated. Crystalline phase-pure chalcostibite has been obtained for the films dried at 180 °C and 210 °C, while below 180 °C these films are partially amorphous. Surprisingly, at drying temperature of 240 °C, a CuxS secondary phase appeared. The increase of the drying temperature leads to the increase of the particle size and the decrease of the optical band gap, which is interesting for optoelectronic applications. The highest power factor value was achieved for the film dried at 210 °C, due to the inexistence of secondary phases, which allowed realizing a stable thermoelectric touch sensor with a Vsignal/noise of 5. In addition, this film was tested as a photovoltaic (PV) device and a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 0.030% with an open-circuit voltage (VOC) of 0.36 V, a short-circuit current density (JSC) of 0.278 mAcm?2 and a fill factor (FF) of 0.27 were obtained. Therefore, this work evidences a pathway toward developing bi-functional devices with simultaneously thermoelectric touch sensor and photovoltaic functions.  相似文献

In this study, high-entropy rare-earth tantalate ceramics (Y0.2Ce0.2Sm0.2Gd0.2Dy0.2)TaO4 ((5RE0.2)TaO4) have been successfully fabricated. The possibility of formation of (5RE0.2)TaO4 was verified via first-principles calculations. In addition, the phase structure, ferroelastic toughening mechanism, thermophysical, and mechanical properties were systematically investigated. The (5RE0.2)TaO4 ceramics have lower phonon thermal conductivity (1.2–2.6 W·m–1·K–1) in the entire temperature range than that of RETaO4 and YSZ. (5RE0.2)TaO4 has a higher fracture toughness and lower brittleness index than YSZ. The thermal expansion coefficients of (5RE0.2)TaO4 are as high as 10.3 × 10-6 K–1 at 1200°C and Young's modulus is 66–189 GPa, and thus, (5RE0.2)TaO4 possesses great potential for application in thermal barrier coatings (TBCs).  相似文献

氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)是发酵食品(面包、酸奶、大豆奶酪等)和酒精饮料(葡萄酒、清酒、黄酒等)在发酵过程中,含氮化合物不完全代谢产生的副产物,与乙醇自发反应产生的,对人体具有潜在遗传毒性和致癌性。黄酒是我国传统而独特的发酵酒,因独特的风味和较高的营养价值,而深受消费者的喜爱。然而,在传统黄酒中,氨基甲酸乙酯含量显著高于其它酒精饮料,对消费者健康构成潜在的安全隐患。降低黄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯含量对黄酒产业的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文综述尿素、瓜氨酸及精氨酸分别在酿酒酵母及乳酸菌细胞中代谢调控机制,以及黄酒酿造过程中EC消减的方法。  相似文献
